I received this shaker from a rocky golem in Treibh Caillte.

I've never seen it drop from the Rock Golems, but I have seen it drop numerous times from the Earth Golems. It was not a specific earth golem spawn point either. The 3 static spawns below the Dreaded Ursine room have dropped this numerous times, as well as the wandering earth golems that are near the spiders.
I have only seen it come from earth golems though.

This seems to only drop from one specific Golem on the bottom floor. My group got 3 of them from him in about 2 hours.

The Rock Golems in Treibh drop them. I don't know
how common the drop is, but my group of level 25's
were able to get it.
