Per patch 1.68: - Players will now be able to earn experience from RvR for every artifact. The PvE requirements will still work, allowing players to choose whether to continue following the PvE requirement or to engage in RvR. None of the changes involving the addition of RvR requirements to the artifacts will have any effect on Gaheris players. - The Maddening Scalar gloves will now earn experience in the frontier dungeons. Per patch 1.69: - The level ten spells for Aten's Shield and the Snakecharmer weapons and the level five spell for the Maddening Scalars are now a linked absorption buff and damage shield. Artifact levels from RvR and mobs in ToA Dungeons, New Frontiers, Passage of Conflict and Summoner's Hall. Level 2 - Constitution 15 Level 3 - Nothing Level 4 - Quickness 15 Level 5 - 40% Damage Return/Shield Ablative - 10 sec duration Level 6 - Melee Speed 3% Level 7 - Melee Damage 3% Level 8 - Constitution Cap +5 Level 9 - Quickness Cap +5 Level 10 - Offensive Proc - 10 min duration 15 min reuse timer + Wolf Morph |
