Its a proc so you must use a shield style to get it to proc. Had mine forever and never proc'ed as a cleric

Nothing in the game procs until it's yellow to you at the earliest.

im afraid you are very wrong, if you had a lvl 40 epic weapon you would know it procs at lvl 40 (it cons orange at this lvl)

procs go off alot more when the item is yellow to you. as the item gets closer to your lvl the more sucessful the chance of a proc are

Will this weapon proc on a block or a style or both? i have one but it is red to me and wont proc either way anyone know when they proc?
