Just got this last night on a raid and mine is different.
Con 22
Slash 1%
Crush 1%
Thrust 1%
Heat 1%
Matter 1%
Bonus to Dex cap: 7
Bonus to Acuity cap: 6
Bonus to Healing: 10%
Bonus to Buffs: 10% <--- note above has 5% plus Cast Speed 4%
With the same Magical Abilities as above.
