Pendragon's login issues have been resolved and there is a brief note on the Camelot Herald explaining Atlantean Glass:

Players should now be able to access Pendragon once again.

In addition, there has been some confusion about the new Atlantean Glass currency. Here is a more in depth explanation.

Only the Master Level .10 encounters drop Atlantean Glass. The amount that is dropped depends on the difficulty of the encounter with Cetus dropping the least and Phoenix and Draco dropping the most. The Glass will drop to each player in the Battlegroup who is within range of the encounter when it dies regardless of whether anyone in the Battlegroup needed credit. Please note that players will need to have the proper space in their bags to receive the Glass. The Glass stacks up to 250 units in a player's inventory. Atlantean Glass is not tradeable but can be sold to merchants.
