Return to the Oblivion Shrine, get near a Giant Guardian, use the Expensive Rune (Ggl) on the Blank Sheepskin Parchment (Ggl) and return to Gino with the Sheepskin Parchment Covered in Writing (Ggl).

If the quest will not update, run around the guardian a bit while clicking the rune. It seems to have a bit of trouble realizing you are near the guardian. It MAY require that the guardian start moving.
