This quest is given by Riason Hanagom in Antonica after you complete the Letter to Riason quest. You must be level 20+ to receive this quest.

You must visit the Shrine of Decay 345, 3.33, 1183 Copy in The Thundering Steppes. This is far south and surrounded by gnolls. Get the update and return to Riason Hanagom for coin and experience.
