EQ2 Quest:She Has Ribbons In Her Hair  

This quest is given by Licha after you complete the "Licha, Dancing Queen" quest.

• She asks you to retrieve three ribbons which were stolen from her from Highwayman. These are found at the gorge at -1700, 0, 300 Copy . Some higher level highwaymen (lvl 17) are found on the rocks above the gorge. If you follow the gorge, 2 groups of level 10 highwaymen spawn at either end.
• Return to Licha to complete the quest and receive your reward.
