If a druid hands him a Summoned: Firefly Globe then the level 47 cleric Spell: Resurrection he respawns into a lower level Venril Sathir that drops 2 stones, 1 of which is needed for the epic quest.

20 hour +/- 1 hour respawn on the Phinigel server.
