	To Start: Speak to Halloween Harry in Pixiewood Hills. Halloween Harry says,"Hey, you're really into this Halloween thing, aren't you? Well, I'd say you deserve something unique! Tell Cadie to give you a costume and put it on my tab! " It appears that you and Halloween Harry both love Halloween. He is giving you a special costume that Cadie was commissioned to make. This is an Errand quest.
