Go to the cross wood (50.6, 27.1 in Quodate Tundra at the "u" in "Tundra" on the map) and use the Magic Transmission Device (Ggl) to contact Captain Issac Tobolin (Ggl).

The transmission point is not far from the Shiller's. Look for the sparkles next to a large log with two Ancient Naga Conspirators (Ggl). The communication attempt will fail. The device is broken.

	"cross wood" is probably a mistranslation. It should have been "fallen tree" or "large log lying on it's side".
