Attacks:
Frozen Blood - Was hitting tank for around 1800
Melee Attack - Hit tank for between 1500-2000
Adds:
Frozen Vortex - Spawns Frozen Vortex that will do an AOE (Stationary Un-targetable Mob)
Winter Storm - Aoe attack done by the Frozen Vortex that ticks for 1600
Encounter: The boss is a standard tank and spank and really has no special abilities outside of Frozen Vortex. We noticed that there are only a set number of the Vortex alive at one time. The max we were able to count on Expert was 5. You will begin the encounter with just the boss then periodically he will spawn two Frozen Vortex. These are stationary mobs that deal AOE damage. You simply move away to the edge of their aura and continue dps / healing. We noticed he would only have 5, by our count, active at anytime. The oldest ones would disappear.
