    This is the name mob in Sidi that sprints and also drops 500lbs sacks into your inventory encumbering your toon so you can't move. Be ready to drop or destroy items in your inventory while fighting this creature. Also make sure you clear the whole level this mob is before attcking him, as he will run. You don't need extra aggro in this place. Best bet is to try to corner him as best you can.
