Note from Thaals Mythic:
As the Token Of Valor delves, you can hand it to the Royal Accountant
(he stands next to the guard to the King's Throne Room). The Royal
Accountant grants you 15,000 RPs.

tip: Many people first equip the Doppelganger cloak and use a 10% RP charge. Then
you receive a bonus 1,500 RPs. Guild merit bonuses and output
ownership bonuses apply as well. The Mythic intent is to allow the
cloak to be recharged. Currently the Herald says this is bugged and
they are working on it.
