You will have a Belt-Fed Heavy Machine Gun with about 5000 rounds of ammo but a narrow field of fire, and must stop waves of mutants that come fast.

Try backing up as you fire to delay how soon they reach you, and kill the cleavers first. they have little health but hit like Mack trucks.
